Six months in — and Uplink has never moved faster.

From launching the Uplink App to hitting 2.4 million registered routers, debuting our Community NFT Collection, and preparing for testnet, the first half of 2025 was all about building and gearing up for real momentum — on-chain, on-platform, and in the real world.

🌐 The Uplink Ecosystem

2.4 Million Routers Registered

We started Q2 with the Uplink App generating 1 million registered routers. By the end of June, we’d surpassed 2.4 million registered routers — more than doubling our footprint in under three months and cementing Uplink’s position as a leader in DePIN adoption.

App Downloads Approaching 100K

Since launching in late March, the Uplink App has seen rapid adoption with nearly 80,000 downloads across iOS and Android. Daily router registration remains strong, averaging 25,000 per day, and our total user base (across app and web) has crossed 275,000+.

Exponential Growth, Global Reach

From individual users to enterprises, more people are plugging into Uplink every day — helping us prove that decentralized connectivity can scale.

Our tech team is laser-focused on bridging real enterprise demand with the surging global supply from our community. This foundational matchmaking and endless supply is what makes Uplink uniquely positioned to grow both sides of the network.

Testnet Development in Progress

Engineering efforts are now centered on launching Uplink’s testnet — a key milestone in our roadmap toward fully on-chain infrastructure and decentralized rewards.

We’ve shipped critical backend, frontend, and identity improvements:

June marked the early reveal of the first Uplink Community NFT, part of a six-part series celebrating and rewarding our most dedicated contributors.

POV Contest

We launched our first-ever POV photo contest, inviting users to show how they use the app IRL. 50 winners will be awarded the first Uplink NFT — captured through real, global participation.

Galxe Quests & Web3 Games

  • In April, we launched the Spring Quest, which brought in 6,000+ participants
  • In May, we ran a two-part quest with GAIB, drawing 8,500+ users
  • Weekly poker tournaments with Moso and Galxe reached 6,000+ participants.

Our April, May, and June AMAs brought in record participation and deeper engagement across Discord. And with the launch of Uplink Docs, users can now explore FAQs, platform guides, and technical overviews all in one place.
